More about what’s included
Content changes cover existing text, photos, hours, prices, staff, and service lists. New pages, redesigns, and new features are outside the included content-change scope. Complete content requests have a two-business-day target. Emergency outage support is available 7am–7pm Central, seven days a week. These are service targets, not guaranteed resolution times.

The transfer covers the final client-specific deliverables. Reusable Wilbanks templates, frameworks, and tooling do not transfer. After the transfer appointment, ongoing hosting, maintenance, backups, updates, and support are your responsibility unless separately agreed.

What happens when I click Get Started?
You’ll open our website intake form. Share your business details, goals, and materials there. Your preview, revisions, plan setup, and launch continue through the Wilbanks process.
Can I see my website before approving it?
Yes. You review your website preview and request revisions through the project portal before final approval and payment.
What’s the difference between the two plans?
The $99/month plan includes ongoing hosting, routine maintenance, and changes to existing content. The $999 one-time plan transfers the client-specific website to you after payment and a transfer appointment, with hosting and upkeep becoming your responsibility.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. You own your domain and the content you supply. Website ownership depends on your plan: a subscription license under Model A until an optional buyout, or client-specific ownership after full cleared payment under Model B.
